Memoir, ca. 1943-2002.

Handwritten Memoir, Duplicate Photograph. Taylor briefly writes of his experiences in the military during World War II. He speaks of his basic training in Idaho, and of moving aboard the U.S.S. Corregidor for his duty station. He was assigned to Task Force 58 through the battles of the Mariana's, and Marshall Islands. He tells of conducting LDS Church services aboard the ship, and of being in a typhoon which caused their ship to have to return to the states for repairs. Also included is a duplicated photograph of Taylor from basic training.
